Standard Shipping Rates

For physical items that require shipping, we use simple flat-rate pricing by default:

• Domestic Shipping (Within your country): $9.99

• International Shipping (Outside your country): $49.99

• Shipping Cost Protection: If you ship an item and the actual shipping cost exceeds our flat rate by more than $5.00, you do not have to absorb that cost. Simply submit your shipping receipt to us. We will invoice the customer for the extra shipping balance. The customer will then have the choice to pay the difference, or cancel the order for a full refund (provided the item has not already been shipped).

Step 1 — The Fan Pays

Step 3 — Processing Fee Deduction

Standard credit card processing fees are deducted from the gross transaction amount. This fee goes directly to the merchant processor — not to Apex Pro Physique and not to you.

Step 4 — Commission Deduction

Your agreed commission rate (as low as 10%) is applied to the remaining net amount after processing fees.

Step 5 — Clearing Window

Processing banks typically take 3 to 7 business days to clear funds and deposit them into our secure corporate account.
